RECORDING WORKSHOPS

Bringing together music fans and recording enthusiasts of all levels to practice the processes and techniques we use every day in the recording studio.

Every other month, Weathervane conducts recording and mixing workshops. To attend, you can purchase tickets a-la-carte, or if you're an Event Access member, simply click the RSVP links to reserve your spot.

 

The raw track audio files from these sessions are now available for Remix and Event Access Members to download, remix, and practice their mixing skills.

These performances by Shaking Through

artists and friends of the organization are a great opportunity to see live music, engage with the Weathervane staff and the rest of the Community.

STUDIO CONCERTS
 

Weathervane hosts intimate studio concerts at Miner Street Recordings in Philadelphia that feature past and future Shaking Through artists and other local musicians. We also hold residencies and curate shows at local Philadelphia music venues.

This compilation album features music by some of Philadelphia's best artists, all of whom donated their songs to help raise money for "Friends of Neighborhood Education," a coalition of grassroots organizations raising awareness and finding solutions to the funding crisis facing the Philadelphia School System.
